  • Our class is designed for all fitness levels, offering a comprehensive workout that evolves with you. Whether you are just starting your Pilates journey or are an experienced practitioner, our instructors adapt the spring resistance and exercise variations to suit your level each time.

    Each session offers a balanced combination of strength, flexibility and control. We like to incorporate props to elevate traditional Pilates exercises and offer deeper activation for maximum results.

  • Feel the burn in your core and glutes! This dynamic, targeted class focuses on sculpting your glutes and training your abs.

    Strengthen and tone your core, hips, and thighs through focused, high-intensity exercises designed to fire up muscles and build endurance.

  • Train and tone your shoulder blades, biceps and triceps, and strengthen your core in this dynamic, targeted training class.

    Strengthening the upper body combined with activating and training the abdominal muscles helps prevent injuries, improves posture, strength and mobility, upgrading our daily lives. Suitable for all levels.

  • Deep breathing, gentle movement, complete restoration. A refreshing class designed to release tension, improve flexibility, and reconnect you with your breath and body.

    Whether you are dealing with back pain, recovering from surgery, or managing a chronic condition, this course provides a safe, adaptable approach that complements physical therapy and speeds recovery.

    A low-intensity class that focuses on alignment, posture, and core stabilization. Emphasizing mindful movement and precision, the class aims to reduce pain, improve body mobility, and promote overall healing.

  • This class combines traditional Pilates principles with targeted strengthening and alignment exercises, often incorporating equipment such as weighted bars, weighted rings, hand weights, foot weights, resistance bands, mini balls.

    While classical Pilates focuses on core strength,
    flexibility and controlled movements, Pilates sculpt adds elements of a typical workout with light weights and specialized equipment with the aim of building muscle strength and endurance.

    This fusion activates the entire body and not only strengthens and lengthens the muscles, but also helps to tone and straighten them.

    By incorporating cardiovascular exercise we increase the
    intensity while keeping the impact on the joints low and maximizing calorie burn. The jumpboard adds an element of plyometric exercise, helping to improve bone density, coordination and endurance without putting stress on the joints.

    This unique class offers a dynamic combination of cardio and strength training, activating the entire body, emphasizing core stabilization, conscious breathing, and optimal body alignment.

    Please note that this class is not suitable for pregnant women or those with injuries/arthritis. Jumpboarding is included in the intermediate and advanced level classes.

  • The Cadillac, designed by Joseph Pilates himself, is the cornerstone of Pilates equipment as it offers a wide variety of strength, flexibility and mobility exercises, using springs and other accessories and is ideal for every level of practitioner.

    As you progress and your body gets stronger, the Cadillac allows you to perform advanced exercises, including acrobatic feats like hanging upside down.

    A unique physical experience that helps strengthen the body, improve blood circulation, relieve the spine and boost self-confidence.

    Combined with the Cadillac or individually as a complete workout, this class also includes another Pilates staple, the Wunda Chair. The Wunda Chair adds an extra level of resistance and challenge, making the class suitable for those who want to develop strength, stability and flexibility through a variety of exercises that target different muscle groups.
