Here you will find everything you need if you are a new member of the COREME team.
While the first lesson may seem challenging, our teachers are the best in the field and will guide you every step of the way.
Choose to move with us in one of COREME's group programs or at your own pace by choosing a personalized session in the specially designed room.
If you’re taking your first steps into Pilates, CoreMe Foundations is the ideal place to start.
At a slower pace, with detailed guidance through every movement, you’ll learn the fundamental principles of the method and build proper technique from the very beginning — creating the foundation on which your entire Pilates journey will be built.
If you have done Pilates before, the choice depends on your goals, needs and medical history. Contact us and we will guide you to the class that is right for you.
In any case, you are not alone: our experienced teachers are by your side in every lesson, so that you can work safely, reap the maximum benefits of the method, and become the best version of yourself.

Select the class package that suits you and complete your purchase directly through the website.
2. Your membership is activated.
Once your payment is complete, your membership is automatically activated, giving you access to the online booking platform.
3. Book your first class.

The easiest way to experience the method and get to know the studio.
If you prefer not to purchase online, simply get in touch with us and we’ll take care of the rest — we can assist you by phone or in person at the studio.
For health and safety reasons, please arrive at our location at least 10 minutes early to check in, meet your teacher, and complete the registration form.
Water Bottle – It is important to stay hydrated before and after class, so please bring a water bottle, which you can fill at the dual-filter water cooler.
For reasons of ecological awareness, we do not offer disposable cups.
Towel or pilates reformer cover mat – These are available for sale on site at the studio.
Appropriate clothing – Wear comfortable clothing that allows freedom of movement and breathable fabrics suitable for sweating. Non-slip socks are optional.
There are also available in the studio for sale.
We recommend that you avoid eating for 2-3 hours before your class for the best possible experience.
Before entering the space, please take off your shoes and place them in the specially designated area at the entrance.
The person in charge of the space will welcome you and give you a registration form to fill out, which includes your medical history.
Then, after leaving your personal belongings in the locker room, it is a good idea to keep only what you need in the room, you will meet the teacher, whom you will inform about your personal needs.
If you have any injuries or physical limitations, please inform the teacher before the start of the class so that he or she can provide you with variations.
The teacher will guide you through the lesson, offering verbal and practical corrections to ensure correct execution of the exercises. If you prefer verbal corrections only and not face-to-face, please inform the teacher before the lesson begins.
At the end of the lesson, please clean the equipment you used with the cloths and special liquid spray provided.
Our studio has changing rooms, showers and hair dryers.
Please bring with you any additional items you may need.
There is a double-filtered water cooler to fill your bottle and always stay hydrated.
Our classes are designed to suit everyone, whether you have tried Pilates before or are just starting out. If this is your first Pilates reformer class, we recommend starting with the 30-minute Starter class.
This is a one-on-one lesson with the teacher so that you have time to analyze your personal needs and feel confident, with the aim of smoothly integrating into any group program you choose and that suits you. It is taught at an accessible pace and you will master the basic principles, so that you can prepare dynamically for your new beginning!
