To secure a session, prior payment and reservation via the app or at the studio is required.
Cancellations must be made through our app at least 12 hours in advance for group classes. For private sessions (private & duets), cancellation is required at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. In case of a late cancellation, the class will be charged as normal. Sessions that have been cancelled in time can be rescheduled to another day before the package expires, but no refund will be given. Each package begins upon purchase and is valid for the respective period depending on the subscription. All sessions must be completed within this period, and the package cannot be extended. If a package freeze is required — this applies only to 3-month and 6-month subscriptions — advance notice of at least 14 days is required. The package must be activated and completed within 12 months of the purchase date. The package freeze is allowed only once per year.
Additionally, clients acknowledge that instructors are not responsible for any injuries sustained during sessions and, by participating, clients agree to abide by these policies.
Each session, whether in a group class or a Personal/duet session, lasts 55 minutes.
To ensure the smooth running of each class, participants are kindly asked to arrive at the studio on time.
In the case of pregnancy, or immediately following pregnancy, participation in classes is permitted following the advice or consent of a doctor. The participant is responsible for her participation in the class and must understand that the instructors are not therapists, doctors, or midwives. The pregnant participant must understand that the level of her participation in sessions and the exercises she performs must be determined by herself, in consultation with her doctor, and that the instructors or COREME staff are not responsible for the intensity of her participation. The pregnant participant should stop any activity immediately if she feels any discomfort, whether during or after the class, and should contact her attending doctor/midwife immediately to inform them and ask for advice.
